IIFL - Team Lead - Audit

As a Team Lead - IT Audit and Compliance, you will lead a team of IT professionals responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and information security within the organization. Your expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, MS SQL Server, SSRS, and Microsoft Azure, combined with your experience in developing WebForms and MVC applications with SQL Server, will be vital in evaluating IT controls, managing audit processes, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements specific to the Housing Loan sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in IT audit and compliance activities within the regulatory compliances issued by the GOI.

2. Develop and implement IT audit plans, including risk assessments, control evaluations, and compliance testing, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

3. Provide recommendations for improving IT controls.

4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT audit procedures, findings, and remediation plans specific to the Housing Loan sector.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, etc.) are preferred.

2. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards specific to the Housing Loan sector in India, such as RBI guidelines, NHB regulations, or industry-specific security frameworks.

3. Expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, MS SQL Server, SSRS, and Microsoft Azure.
