IIFL - Strategist Initiatives Role

Special Projects:

Special Projects team is a strategic execution team which is enabling IIFL HFL in its current growth journey. This team often works on cross-functional organization-wide projects. This team is currently leading multiple strategic projects and initiatives - Identifying dept.- level strategic priorities, building alternate channels of business, driving customer success through C-SAT & NPS implementation etc. - which are influencing business outcomes directly.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Innovation:

- Identify future areas of innovation to be implemented in the organization

- Will be deeply involved in conceptualizing and executing Strategic & Tactical projects

Planning & Decisioning:

- Involved in annual strategic planning for the company

- Overseeing large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives

- Creating & updating dashboards for reviewing KPIs

Team Management:

- Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions and execution to speedy closure

- Work with senior management of company on critical projects where company's Strategy is involved

Project Management:

- Monitor and program manage the projects - ensuring the critical stakeholders' involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right moment
