Employee Experience Specialist

Position Overview: Assistant Manager HR - Employee Engagement for Gurgaon Location.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Employee Experience Specialist to join our Human Resources team in IIFL Home Finance Limited. The Employee Experience Specialist will be responsible for enhancing and managing the overall employee journey, engagement, and satisfaction within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.

- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs, concerns, and preferences, and design action plans accordingly.

On-boarding and Integration:

- Collaborate with various departments to create an effective and welcoming on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

- Monitor the on-boarding experience and make improvements based on feedback and best practices.

Employee Development and Growth:

- Work closely with managers and employees to identify development opportunities and create personalized growth plans.

- Coordinate training programs and initiatives to foster continuous learning and development.

Workplace Culture and Diversity & Inclusion:

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organization's values and mission.

- Implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a respectful and harmonious work environment.

Employee Communications:

- Develop and manage internal communication strategies to keep employees informed about organizational updates, policies, and events.

- Facilitate transparent and open communication channels to address employee concerns and queries.

Recognition and Rewards:

- Implement and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and appreciate outstanding performance and contributions.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a fair and competitive rewards system that motivates employees.

Tools & Software's:

- Use Canva, Animaker, Filmora, or similar tools for engaging training modules.

- Partner with subject matter experts for visually appealing and accurate content.

- Ensure content accuracy, alignment with standards, and interactivity.

- Demonstrate strong creativity and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in employee engagement, on-boarding, employee development, and workplace culture within the NBFC or financial services industry.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Understanding of relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
