Special Projects team is a strategic execution team which is enabling IIFL HFL in its current growth journey. This team often works on cross-functional organization-wide projects.
This team is currently leading multiple strategic projects and initiatives which are influencing business outcomes directly.
Key Projects
Attrition, Operating & Credit Cost, Cross-sell, Customer satisfaction strategy & retention, GNPA, Investor relations, New lead module, Onboarding alternate channel partners, Unit Economics.
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school.
- Min 2+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Min 1+ year in the role of Strategy, Planning & Business Operations.
- Experience in defining project scope & requirements; using key performance indicators to monitor on-time delivery & measure impact of the project.
- Preferable Industry: Financial Services; Consulting (BFSI).
Key Job Responsibilities - As a Product Manager :
- Owner of multiple projects responsible for end-to-end planning & execution of strategic projects & initiatives in collaboration with different stakeholders across department.
- Creating target metric, milestones & timelines for the projects & monitor its performance.
- Bring together multiple stakeholders & drive decisions and execution for speedy closure.
- Managing reviews supported by insights & analytics and raise red flags on critical issues.
- Managing project funnel by identifying future areas of innovation to be implemented.
Project Specific Job
Responsibilities : Project Chorost :
Cost - Working with the Finance & Risk team to deep drive of operations cost and credit cost.
- Project manage the activities to achieve the business results. (Individual contributor)
New opportunities - Work with technology, Digital product & Marketing team to crate new lead Module / DIC Channel.
- Building ecosystem for generation business through alternate channels.
- Onboarding and managing new partners. (Team Manager)
Process - Work with cross - functional team to identify business process gaps. (Individual contributor)
Sales - Work with the sales team to correct the gaps.
- Preparing annual operational gaps. (Team Manager)
