IIFL - Risk Manager

- Conduct detailed root cause analysis of the delinquent cases and identify trends.

- Monitor early warning triggers and ongoing monitoring of portfolio to identify any pockets of stress.

- Review changes in policy and processes and conduct detailed analysis to recommend any changes basis the performance.

- Propose mitigation strategies to collections team.

- Identify organizational risks and opportunities for process and system changes to better manage future risk.

- Communicate portfolio trends, insights, and opportunities to multiple stakeholders through Dashboard / PPT's.
