IIFL - Product Manager - Digital Insurance - IIT/NIT/BITS

Role Expectations:

1. Develop and operate digital platform for insurance and other digital products.

2. Responsible for business and profitability of the products

3. New features and services rollout and end-to-end project management

4. Create business requirement documents, engage with technology for development, and oversee testing and production rollout.

5. Create a roadmap for product and digital offering

6. Engage and manage the relationship with external stakeholders Insurance companies, their technology vendors, payment gateway service provider,

7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Sales, Technology, Operation, and Compliance.

8. Industry and competition benchmarking to ensure the product is best in class

9. Ensure regulatory and compliance

Skillset required:

1. Ability to solve business problems with digital strategy

2. Ability to document product architecture which can be developed by technology

3. Competent technical knowledge of technology on web application development

4. Good knowledge of Insurance and financial industry

5. Project Management experience in BFSI

Qualification and experience required:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital products or platforms

2. IIT/NIT graduate or Management graduate with product manager roles
