Key Job Responsibilities :

Knowledge of Finance and Accounting is mandatory :

- Bring Best practice experience from Industry and drive innovation across all processes for effective controls & compliance.

- Risk Management as per changing requirements internally & externally and conduct assurance / dipstick reviews.

- Prepare & execute plan for Off-Site monitoring through data analytics and forensics.

- Conduct and report on the Controls testing and adequacy of the organization internal controls

- Review the Critical process of Organization to bring operational efficiencies ensure compliance. Provide feedback and recommendations on business risks and improving processes.

- Responsible for Managing the Risk / Control Gaps identified during various Internal & External audits / reviews.

- Responsible for effective implementation and closure of ATR's (Action Items) identified during various Internal & External Reviews.

- Responsible to Re-engineer the critical controls / processes from Designing to effective implementation.

- Recommend organization wide training based on gaps identified during various reviews to ensure adherence to organizations practice & policies.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends & successful practices in Controls, Compliance & Risk

- Responsible for stakeholder management and ensure that closure of projects / critical assignments in collaboration with key stakeholders i.e Credit Underwriting, Sales, Finance, Operations, Treasury, Admin, Legal, HR, Collections & Procurement etc.

General Responsibilities :

- Maintain internal control systems and recommending changes in new policies and procedures.

Education Requirement : CA/MBA in Finance/PG in Risk Management (Knowledge of Finance and Accounting is mandatory)
