JOB DETAILS :
1. Employee Experience Enhancement
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the overall employee experience.
- Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Employee Experience Platform (EEP) Strategy & Planning
- Define and prioritize features and functionalities based on employee needs and feedback. Develop and implement a strategic Roadmap for the platform.
- Continuously assess and analyze the effectiveness of EEP.
- Creation of Action Plans to enhance Employee Engagement levels and ensure adherence to the Plans.
- Managing the Response Rate of the survey and Act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and managing expectations.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on key metrics and trends for senior management.
- Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize the EEP and enhance employee experience.
2. Talent Development
- Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage Digital Learning Platform
- Identify training needs and create relevant training modules, workshops, and resources.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as needed.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Develop and oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Create materials and resources to help new employees understand company culture, values, and expectations.
3. Employee Engagement
- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
4. Metrics and Reporting
- Track and analyze employee engagement and L&D metrics
- Present regular reports to senior leadership with recommendations for improvements.
