1. Convening of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings
2. Managing compliance pertains to Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, LODR, Insider Trading Regulation
3. Must have good communication skills to coordinate with various regulators
4. Must have experience to manage professional Board Independently
5. Fund-raise compliances by way of Issuance of securities
6. Filing of returns, applications, documents, notices etc, with ROC
7. Maintaining of Statutory Records/Registers
8. Preparing of notices, agendas, minutes of board, committee and general meetings
9. Liaising with internal and external departments
10. Drafting of representations, letters
11. Experience to manage all the stakeholders independently
12. Well versed with Depository compliance related to filing MCF, Corporate actions etc.
13. Compliance tool management
14. Experience to support/ advise Board
15. Vendor payment management including sitting fees to directors
16. Managing Secretarial and Internal Audits
17. Website management
18. Well verse with the technique to record the minutes of the meetings
