IIDE - Dean

Job Brief :

Our institution seeks to appoint an experienced dean who will oversee services provided to students and all other on-campus activities. The candidate will work directly with management to ensure smooth running of campus, identify development needs of students, synergise between department officials, and maintain a productive learning environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and implement institute's working procedures, budgets, policies and goals

- Supervise and oversee processes that the Course Management Team (CMT) makes to improve efficiency of the course

- Maintain and supervise campus administrative team

- Train the trainers and set up training guidelines

- Develop and continuously upgrade the course curriculum, set up assessments and any related reading materials for student

- Assess video content and hire the right team

- Attract digital unicorn companies for placement

- Continuously work on improving the student satisfaction score

- Improvise the admission criteria to recruit a better set of students

- Prepare and present annual statistical reports

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of work experience in Digital Marketing (THIS IS A MUST)

- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and employees

- Preferably have a understanding of higher education institution policies

- Inclination towards teaching

- Preferably has been a guest lecturer/visiting faculty
