IIDE - AVP - Marketing (8-10 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Planning, budgeting, forecasting the lead requirements basis business targets with management
- Plan and monitor digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, SMS, and 3rd Party Channels
- Mentor teams to maintain our digital marketing presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Have a solid understanding of conversion rates across various channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Develop lead generation campaigns, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition
- Communicate, coordinate and educate the sales team on plans and outcomes for better target allotment
- Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing leads in a timely manner
-Lead a team of 25+ digital marketing professionals
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing - Search and Social
- Past relevant experience of working in education or edtech
- Past experience in managing a team of more than 10 people or multiple agencies
- Strong understanding of conversion rates across various channels in EdTech
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook Ad campaigns
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from a UI/ UX perspective
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
