Responsibilities:

- You will play a pivotal role in defining and driving our brand's narrative, fostering customer engagement, and ensuring our brand remains not just relevant but influential in the ever-evolving landscape of customer experience industry

1. Brand Assist in creating long-term and short-term brand plans. Help in brand identity management to ensure consistent use of brand guidelines oversee the creation and maintenance of visual assets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, engagement, and customer perception.

- Content Creation and Management Generate creative and compelling content for various platforms, such as social media, websites, and print materials like brochures, standees, banners etc.

- Coordinate the creation of multimedia content, including graphics and videos. Website Take ownership of the website to accurately convey the brand message Manage Marketing Vendor Partner Ecosystem Liaise with legal and procurement to facilitate partner onboarding, invoicing and payment.

Skills and qualifications :

- 4 years overall marketing experience with at least 2 years experience focused on Brand and Corporate Marketing for IT/ITeS organizations.

- Master's degree within Marketing or Business Administration. Experience working with SEO strategies

- Experience working with creative agencies for briefing and creating digital content Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Very strong Project Management skills.

- Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative quality, and production Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, working well under pressure, and to multitask.
