Job Summary
1. Work with the CEO in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack and platform
2. Responsible for developing product development plan based on approved product roadmap
3. Creating product design to meet the standards of quality and market differentiation
4. Developing products within the critical parameters of timelines, costs, and quality
Responsibilities
1. Establish the company's technical vision and leads all aspects of the company's technological development with focus on backend development, mobile application development, ML, AI, and Big Data
2. Define and communicate product roadmap to all internal and external stakeholders
3.Design the product architecture to create right USP in the market
4. Execute product roadmap in alignment with business needs and product vision
5. Prepare detailed product development plan and P&L covering critical performance parameters of timelines, costs, and quality parameters
6. Take key product design and development decisions on the basis of timelines, GTM, engineering capability, and and costs (In-house/Outsource, Develop vs Partner)
7. Review progress with with the team and provide regular updates to leadership w.r.t agreed timelines
8. Risk assessment with respect to products developed on timelines, costs, and market alignment and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation measures are adopted
9. Provide relevant inputs to business and marketing teams for product launch and create strong sales propositions
10. Connect with customers and other relevant stakeholders to get continuous feedback on their evolving expectations- Conduct pilots at relevant stages of product development
11. Monitor and manage terms of contract with vendors/external service providers

Experience Required
1. Product development and engineering management experience of minimum 10 years
2. Preference for candidates with prior experience in e-learning / education sector for a minimum of 3 years.
Qualifications
1. B.E or B.Tech from tier1 & reputed engineering institutes
2. Preference for MBA from a reputed institute (not mandatory)
