- Interpersonal and leadership skills.

Job Description

- Must have experience in managing training & development programs.

- Must have represented the Department at the location,

- Conducting behavioral training programs based on the competency framework at the location,

- Designing, developing, and delivering new programs from time to time as per the organizational requirements,

- Coordinating with the rest of iCODL, and with the business leadership of the location in order to conduct programs at the locations in such a manner that a solid presence of iCODL is established at that location,

- Participating/ taking lead in various other initiatives of iCODL like organizational diagnostics, leadership assessment labs etc.

- Should be able maintain a robust data base and should be good at basic analysis such that an error free dash board is created and maintained.

- Should be able to participate in activities pertaining to Competency Framework revision,

- Should be able to participate in activities pertaining to seamless delivery of global leadership development programs,

- Travel across locations may be required from time to time but is typically well planned in advance.
