- More than 12+ years of industry experience Digital Intelligence Analytics expertise in converting web, social and machine data into actionable business insights

- 4-6 years experience in improving customer experience, through personalization, SEO, Social / Web Analytics

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Facilitate a consistent customer experience from the sales through implementation and to steady state maintenance

- Develops and nurtures a deep expertise and alliance with potential and existing industry partners

- Represents iGATE practice area expertise in digital business, sales and marketing efforts Attends relevant conferences, networks with industry leaders, and seeks appropriate speaking opportunities.

- Develops ways for the practice demonstrate maturity through frameworks, reusable assets and IPs.
