Required Skills:  - Total 13+ years into IT services company  - Prior technical background in Java or Mainframes - preferred  - Sufficient background in Insurance domain (P&C, Health, Life) and managing Insurance customers and deliveries  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Delivery Management responsibility across V&V, Insurance, DWBI and CRM projects across locations (300+ FTE capacity)  - Financial management of the delivery unit - revenue targets and profit accountability  - Provide domain & technical thought leadership, develop solutions and resource competencies to meet customer requirements   - Manage proposal responses and support pre-sales/RFPs  - Point of escalation for all the delivery related issues - manage customer expectations and take appropriate decisions to resolve issues  - Talent acquisition and team management. Staffing/Hiring, retention, team development, trainings, performance evaluations. Ensuring overall efficiency and productivity.  - Resource forecasting, utilization and forward planning  - Promote innovations and drive process and productivity improvements
