Required Skills:
Overall experience of around 18+ Years
- Experience in managing large BI programs in Insurance, Manufacturing
- Expert in account planning and account mining activities to improve revenue and service footprint at the existing customer accounts
- Must have experience in Pre-sales and Solution in BI and Analytics area
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience of customer facing roles (as Tech Lead/Architect/Onsite project manager)
- Experience of atleast 3 end-to-end large BI implementations
- Experience of managing large support engagements in DW/BI context
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Well versed in customer expectation setting and expectation management in long term BI programs by direct customer connect and through onsite team members
- Experience of managing distributed team of close to 250 people in an onsite/offshore model
- Experience of financial and contract management including revenue management, margin management, billing and invoicing
- Expert in people managements skills, mentoring, career planning and talent management
- Expertise in creating collaterals, presentations and PoVs for specific problem statements of customers
- Exposure to Big Data, Advance Analytics, MDM and Data Management solutions - Stable career background
