Title: Executive/Assistant Manager - Product  Job Location: Mumbai  Reporting to: Vertical Head  Summary : Primary experience in payments domain with banks or payment service providers mandatory. The candidate needs to have good understanding of the application as well as IT infrastructure space.  Responsibilities :  Payment Systems : RTGS, NEFT, BillPay, IMPS, Core banking solutions etc.  - Utilizing data and customer requirements to custom build new payment solutions resulting in a broader product suite.  - Manage entire product life cycle, starting from strategy planning/ conduct market research analysis, usability and functional design.  - Approving Functional specific document, test scenarios & product set up flow.  - New product & enhancement training for sales & operations team  - Product documentation, repository building, version control etc  - Interact with customers and effectively coordinate user requirements between operations teams, technology and other internal teams.  - Monitor productivity of payment products  - Promote & increase penetration of various payment products by engaging with customers, running campaigns, and improving product design requiremetns.  Knowledge :  1) Utilized customer data to initiate development of new products.  2) Managed entire product life cycle, starting from strategy planning  3) Conduct market research on competitor analysis, usability and functional design  4) Closely work with IT team/vendors for designing and building the system  5) Maintain product sanity and improve the product features through required upgrades  Skill :  1) Good analytical skills  2) Good product knowledge on payment system, payment gateway, internet banking  3) Good interpersonal skills, communication skills
