Job Responsibilities:

- Make your product successful in terms of revenue, traffic and usages.

- Plan and design features of website and mobile application using customer need analysis, competitive study and experienced-based gut feeling. You will be asked to design a mini module during the hiring process and explain your logic.

- Extensively test the product to ensure quality User experience. If you are too experienced to devout first-hand testing time or you think testing is a secondary show, you are not a good fit for this role.

- Work with developers, content producers and marketers to make the product successful.

- Learn and Grow in the role. Soak knowledge from management, competitors, team members and public sources and put it all together.

Qualification :

- 5 to15 years of Product Management, Project Management or Entrepreneurial experience in the web industry

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT or Science from reputed institute. MBA preferred.

- Solid experience in UI designing

- Extensive experience in Quality Management, Product Testing. Attention to details.

- Natural Leader. Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of the organization. Willingness to take ownership and responsibility of failure and success.
