As IFMR Rural Finance continues to add to its capabilities and move towards its mission, there is a need to hire a HR manager to take care of the growing requirements of the company.

Responsibilities :

- Framing HR policies, processes and standards for the company

- Framing recruitment policy for the company

- Managing on-going recruitment. This involves the full cycle of recruitment starting from requirement identification to creation of job descriptions, interviews, offer letters and on boarding

- Develop performance appraisal and manage the process for the employees on a quarterly basis

- Create employee engagement strategies such as organising events, celebrations, etc.

- Managing employee leaves

- Training need assessment and scheduling training for employees

- The role also involves working with the senior management and group HR on an on-going basis to devise HR strategies and policies

Desired Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

- MBA in HR with minimum 5 years- of experience as a HR in a corporate

- Experience in financial services industry is preferred

- Experience in managing recruitment and performance appraisal process is preferred

Others :

- Must be committed to the cause of people development and should be a people person

- Must possess Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills & team player

- Adapt to a rapidly changing environment and adept at multi-tasking
