No: of candidates required: 1  Key Responsibilities:  The Compliance Associate will work closely with the Structuring Desk at IFMR Capital to ensure that compliance related to capital markets transactions and structured debt product transactions is completed accurately and on time. Key responsibilities -   1) To maintain the comprehensive compliance database  2) To liaise with different teams and external stakeholders for clearing ad hoc requests and routine compliance  3) To track product-related compliance closely from end to end and provide status updates at a pre-established frequency.  4) To proactively set timelines for product-related compliance and ensure that all requirements are complete in time.  5) To liaise closely with the Structuring team to build product understanding so as to be able to handle product or structure related queries.  Qualifications, Experience & Skills:   Minimum Qualification:   Undergraduation/Post-graduation in commerce/finance/economics/compliance/BCom-Company Secretaryship  Minimum Experience:   Not a pre-requisite. 1-2 years of prior compliance experience will add value.  Skills: A candidate who will best fit this position will be somebody who :  - Has a keen eye for detail  - Is articulate and self-motivated  - Has problem solving ability  - Has multi-tasking prowess  - Has excellent communication skills  - Is highly organized and a self-starter  Job Location: Chennai  Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
