Associate Director/Director Technology
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide thought leadership for the company's technology strategy and execution
- Lead the design and planning of the company's technology requirement (in consultation with user teams) and manage the execution of the same - in house or through vendors
- Plan, design, develop, implement and monitor a robust Information security plan - covering hardware and software security
- Review and manage existing ERP and IT systems
- Design, plan, implement and monitor a comprehensive data back-up and recovery plan across all existing information systems being used by the company
- Communicate the company's technology strategy to employees, investors, management, partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Drive an innovative and differentiated technology strategy suited to specific business requirements of the company.
- Consistently evaluate the company's technology efficiency and recommend new technological solutions to make changes as and when necessary. Manage vendor relationships.
- Establish quality assurance process
- Monitor corporate website analytics to capture site traffic, user efficiency
- Build and manage the technology team, appropriate to the company.
- Develop a digital media strategy and manage all digital media assets
- Develop and manage the overall technology budget for the company
Qualifications, Experience & Skills :
- Experience in managing technology requirements of a financial services company - as a senior manager of the technology function or as a senior manager of a vendor servicing financial services clients
- Experience managing the technology development lifecycle and process
- Advanced IT Knowledge
- Strong financial Services domain knowledge relevant to the nature of business that IFMR Capital is engaged in
- Passion for Coding and algorithmic solution development
- Problem solver and should have flair for working with/on new tech
- Demonstrate an ability to identify the best technology fit in line with market trends as well as in-house requirement
- Experience of developing and implementing credit underwriting / credit decisioning platforms especially from the technology and data management perspective would be valued
- Understanding managing security in IT infrastructure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum Qualification: An Engineering degree in Computer Science/ECE degree, MBA / Master- s
