IFMR - Associate - Credit Analysis

IFMR Capital's portfolio currently spans microfinance, small business loan finance, affordable housing finance and commercial vehicle finance. IFMR Capital connects these institutions with capital markets and investors such as banks, NBFCs, FIIs and mutual funds via products such as securitization, non-convertible debentures, commercial paper, syndication, on balance sheet lending and other structured debt products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform credit analysis

- Perform quarterly financial statements, operational and portfolio reviews of IFMR Capital partners across sectors

- Identifies risks related to underlying industry/sectors of the borrowers and provide recommendation based on analysis performed.

- Prepare credit notes and provide recommendations

- Monitor credit exposures

- Coordinate with Treasury and Operations to ensure adequate limits are available to support the business and liquidity needs

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualification: CA or MBA Fresher or Commerce Graduates from premier institutes (with minimum relevant experience of one year in case of graduates)

Minimum Experience: 0-2 Years

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret quantitative data and formulate sound conclusions.

- Strong organization and time-management skills, attention to detail with high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Sound judgment, decision-making ability, and the ability to work in pressure situations

- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills- both written and verbal
