IFMR - Analyst - Structuring

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform credit analysis

- Prepare and structure debt investment proposals

- Assist in structuring transactions

- Prepare investment theses, credit notes and Information Memorandums for capital market issuances

- Extensively use MS Excel and other financial modelling tools to support the credit and structuring team in analysis.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

- Minimum Qualification: Post graduate degree in Finance from a reputed university.

- Minimum Experience: NIL

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- MS Excel and VB

- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills- both written and verbal

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated individual having an ability to work individually and as part of a team

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting demands
