These include rural & urban micro finance institutions, retail NBFCs, and housing finance companies. IFMR Capital connects these institutions with capital markets and investors such as banks, insurance companies, and mutual funds through financial tools such as securitization, credit enhancement and debt structuring.

Job Description

a. Hands on approach to Taxation & Regulatory issues to enable more informed interaction with external advisers in this area.

b. Developing Credit Control Mechanisms

c. Ability to review & refine financial policies of the company

d. Familiarity with GAAP, international accounting practices.

e. Capability to analyse the Variance in expenses and revenue

f. Perform monthly MIS Reporting with detailed variance analysis on the P&L and written commentary regarding results

g. Support budget and forecasting cycles system, process and financial analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA or ICWA, preferably from NBFC/Financial Services with 4 to 10 years’ experience.

Salary:

- INR 8 Lacs to 15 lacs P.A
