ProCIF seeks to incubate and transform asset-poor FPOs across India into self-reliant sustainable enterprises.   ProCIF facilitates FPOs to access funds through grants, soft loans as well as market based finance, depending on the maturity and the readiness of the FPO coupled with a cross cutting Technical Assistance Facility to support FPOs through their stages of growth and evolution.  In the past, IFHD has worked with partners such as Tata Trust, DWHH, Hivos, Progresso, FWWB,MART, BAIF, RGVN, Harsha Trust, Samunnati finance, NABFINS, NABKISAN, World bank, NERLP,Spices Board of India, Rang De etc.  Key Responsibility Areas  IFHD is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals who can be onboarded as full-time staff. The staff is required to provide on-field support to clients situated at different corners of India. The nature and business of clients would vary depending upon their business, promoting organization, and age of the organization. The staff would provide workable solutions to the client to meet their organizational needs.  The job requires extensive travelling in rural and semi-urban areas.  The specific responsibilities of the incumbent staff would include:  - To monitor diagnostic tools to capture the As-Is process and develop customized mentoring plans  - Visit and support the clients as per the mentoring plan  - Conduct Business Research  - Monitor and hand hold the organizational growth  - Organise workshops / seminars  - Participate and contribute in the review and planning meetings  - Regular reporting of the activities as prescribed in the terms and conditions of contracting documents  Qualifications and Experiences:  - Graduation in Agriculture or Allied Science with Post Graduation in Agri Business Management (ABM/MBA-ABM/MABM/PGDBM-Agribusiness Management/PGDABM/Post Graduate in Economics or Agricultural Economics or Commerce or MBA/PGDBM in Finance/MBA (Agri Marketing and Cooperation)/PGDABM or a closely related field from a recognized University.  - Minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience in working with social organizations/ rural business,of which at least 2 year of active engagement with FPOs (Farmer Producer Companies /Cooperatives/Social Enterprises   - Excellent command over Kannada (Reading, Writing and Speaking) & English  - Experience of working in projects related to the promotion of Sustainable Enterprises  - Ability to work in multi- cultural and multi-lingual teams  - Good communication and training skills   Communication Address :   India Foundation for Humanistic Development (IFHD)  #6, 1st Floor, 2nd Cross, Vasanthanagar  Bangalore 560052  Website: www.ifhd.in/ www.procif.in
