ProCIF seeks to incubate and transform asset-poor FPOs across India into self-reliant sustainable enterprises. ProCIF facilitates FPOs to access funds through grants, soft loans as well as market based finance, depending on the maturity and the readiness of the FPO coupled with a cross cutting Technical Assistance Facility to support FPOs through their stages of growth and evolution.   In the past, IFHD has worked with partners such as Tata Trust, DWHH, Hivos, Progresso, FWWB, MART, ASA, Vrutti, ADS, BAIF, RGVN, Parivartan, Harsha Trust, IDF, Samunnati Finance, NABFINS, NABKISAN, World bank etc.  Key Responsibility Areas   IFHD is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals who can be onboarded as full time staff. The staff is required to provide on-field support to clients situated at different corners of India. The nature and business of clients would vary depending upon their business, promoting organization, and age of the organization.
