We partner with financial institutions to help build their capacity to provide financial services to key undeserved parts of the market such as micro finance, SME, women, and agriculture  We are now recruiting for eleven profiles for a large project in India and other planned projects in South Asia. Successful applicants will have experience in one or more of the areas mentioned above.  Desired Skills and Experience :   A minimum of :  - Senior operational experience of a minimum of 10 years and proven track record in designated specialty role preferably in banking or related FI.  - Strong leadership, organizational, and communications skills, including the ability to represent IFC and work credibly at the senior executive and boardroom level.  - Team player with good problem solving and analytical skills, with an ability to collaborate with large teams in the field.  - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business, scientific and technical journals.  - Excellent Computer skills, with a working knowledge of windows applications.  - Proficiency in English language.  - Experience in one or more of above mentioned specialties
