Job Description :
- Crafting recruitment strategies to build strong pipelines for the hiring needs.
- Design job descriptions that detail the requirements for each position.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and placement at all levels, coordinating with consultants.
- Ensure quick TAT and should be able to deliver results.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates should be passionate about recruitments and should have experience of a minimum of 5 years preferably from consultancy (focused on hiring finance roles).
- Should have experience in hiring in the financial services sector
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Self-starter with high energy.
