If, and only if, you think that you would be able to keep up with the tremendous pace of our progress and above mentioned criteria, put in your application to work with us. - Offering an Entrepreneurial role for candidates who would be managing their own P/L with a set of team members and will have a sizable share in revenue on clients acquired and advised on annuity basis Role Description: - Candidate will be responsible to head a team and maintain P&amp;L for acquiring clients on FX Fund Management. Major activities will include developing the FX fund management business by meeting Ultra HNI- s, Family Offices, Promoters, CFO's Institutions, Financial Planners, Wealth Advisory Firms and any prospective investor etc. - Prospects Follow-ups, Client Relationship Management and advising them on fund performance on a regular basis. - Candidate is expected to set and attend 50 plus meetings per month with a team of 3-4 people and build relationship across prospective investors in the Currency Fund. He must ensure high ticket acquisitions and profitability of the portfolio. - The Profile is a 100% strategic sales role through direct sales, channel sales, online marketing and references. - Building the team and growing the fund management business will be an important part of the role. NRI and International Sales across Asia will be part of the role post 6 months to one year. Experience / Eligibility &amp; Skill Set Required: - Candidate should have worked aggressively in the client acquisition space. He should have his own contacts with prospective investors, family offices, Ultra HNI's and prospective investors. - One should possess great meeting and relationship skills and should have an entrepreneur mindset. Sizable part of the revenue will be shared with the candidate and team. - Should have strong leadership and team development skills. Should be confident and must have experience to develop the business of fund management independently with the team. - Been involved in PMS, Fund Management Sales or any form of investment products for a minimum period of 5 years. - Understanding on Equity Products, Mutual Funds, AIF and other similar investing products is a must. - Moderate understanding on Financial Markets, economic factors is a must. Understanding of FX markets will be an added advantage though not compulsory. - All candidates will get thorough training on all subject matters on FX and USP of the fund and strategies. Initially he will be accompanied by fund managers and senior directors of the firm. - Travelling within Mumbai and outstation for client meetings will be an integral part of the role (at least two to three travels in a month) - The candidate should be in the age bracket of 30 to 42 years who have handled sales teams of 4-5 people in the past and well-travelled across India and abroad will be preferred.
