Our app and tablet have educational content in english medium for CBSE and also in regional languages for State boards. - We started iDream Education with a vision to take digital learning to the hands of the rural most students in our government schools across the country. Since then we have setup TabLab &amp; Smart Classes in multiple government schools across 16 states and now offering our iDream Learning App to students who learn in local languages. - Our larger vision is to facilitate digital learning access for everything that a student needs for holistic learning and growth, in both english medium and every local language, in a single integrated platform. Role Responsibilities : Your key responsibility will be to align with the Social Sector sales and growth objectives of the organisation and then target, plan &amp; achieve the sales with actionable strategy - both inbound, outbound, in-person, digital and value based outreach to connect with the key stakeholders, build relationships, regularly engage them, pitch, sell and create projects and revenue growth as per targets. The social sector broadly comprises of the following stakeholders : - CSR and corporate foundations - NGOs - Central and State Government - Department of Education and other ministries which fund educational projects - Companies who execute govt projects in school education - International Foundations and bodies who work on school education - Social sector consultants and firms - Resellers and Partners working in social sector Your profile will include : - Take complete ownership of the annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets in the social sector and then drive the action plan to achieve it - Plan and achieve revenue targets on every product line, always sense the market response for products and accordingly share inputs for product enhancement - To search, pitch and close immediate sales opportunities in CSR, NGOs, Govt Projects and Schools - To identify key personnel in CSR, Foundations, NGOs, State Government Department, build leads, connect with them, build relationships, understand their vision and needs, and find the right connection to share about our work, our solutions, how it aligns with their vision - To track government tenders, reach out to all the State Education Department and build an active presence of iDream Education and the products. - To understand tender requirements, discuss with the management team on how we can participate, prepare documents and drive the next steps - To sustain relationships with the existing partners and new partners and plan ways to regularly engage them - Create project proposals, concept notes and sales collaterals where required Work with our Digital Sales person to follow up on relevant leads and close them and integrate/manage/draft the efforts being made towards inbound lead generation. - Setup the best suited approach sales conversion for each product line - Work with our marketing team to share thoughts and ideas around brand building, which will enable you to attract more relevant leads - Active and regular lead building on linkedin, facebook, and other relevant digital channels. - Planning, executing and following up on email campaigns, newsletters and mailing/communication strategies to connect with key stakeholders, build relationships and achieve sales. Role Requirements : - Proven &amp; Relevant sales experience in the social sector of at least 2-5 years. Candidates with experience of fundraising and business development specifically in education will be preferred. EdTech sales experience in Social sector will be a plus point. - Achieved proven annual revenue targets at least between 1 to 3 Crores+ - Aggressively growth oriented - both professional and personal. Must be very entrepreneurial in nature - Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English - both written and oral, Excellent email, video chat and video demo capabilities for best of sales over digital means Should be well versed with all latest digital sales strategies - Should have a track record of engaging with and establishing long term relationships with multiple stakeholders - High on energy, very agile and leadership traits with the ability to deliver results Make sure to read the following before applying : - We expect a lot of self-driven work and end-to-end responsibility of the role and responsibilities assigned to you. - We expect our team to keep learning regularly and aspire to add more skills.
