We are looking for a young and dynamic professionals and the job would involve: - Complete understanding of our product. - Creating customer onboarding process for each of the partnership. - Working with partner teams to sell IDOS through their respective networks. - Creating appropriate sales scripts and training the staff at partner organizations for product sales. - Coordinating, collaborating and strategizing with partner organization teams to increase sales on a month to month basis. - Provide product demo to partners and also to customers/leads. - Closing the sales and collection coordination. - Participate and represent IDOS at conferences, seminars, and other sales events and ensuring that we generate ROI for each such participation. - Manage entire pre-sales, sales, and post-sales customer interaction and ensure that customers are happy using our software. - Create and implement cross sale and up-sale opportunities. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will require to have the following characteristics: - Excellent spoken and written English skill. - Command on one or two Indian languages. - Above average knowledge of using Microsoft Excel. - Flair for sales. - Smart and dynamic. - Positive attitude. - Ability to work in a team and help develop team spirit. If the selected candidate shows merit and performs up to expectation, there will be an opportunity to be promoted to "National Sales Manager" position within 3 years.
