Candidates must either have a degree in engineering plus an MBA or must be a Chartered Accountant, with excellent communication skills and also public speaking abilities. The selected candidate will need to be excellent team player and must be able to work under pressure and also be open to travel (both within India and potentially outside India as well). Job Description: - Gain expert knowledge of usage of IDOS under different industry segments - Gain working knowledge of cloud technology, concept of SaaS, Data centers, application hosting, block chain, AI, ML and other technology and business concepts - Understand the value proposition of IDOS and have talking points ready for engaging customers, partners and professionals in mature and knowledgeable conversation - Understand the different departments at IDOS and what they do and how they function - Understand the processes set up for measuring the performance of different departments in the company - Create trackers in Excel for each department of the company and for different team members to measure performance against set targets and KPIs - Participate in weekly reviews with the CEO, create notes for follow up actions and coordinate, follow up and ensure that tasks assigned by CEO are fulfilled on time and as per set standards and expectations on quality and time. Update CEO if any variations, issues, delays in any task, project or activity. - Understand the sales strategy of the company and what role partners and collaborators play in the business - Support CEO in all sales, pre-sales and business development activities including representing IDOS at conferences, events, seminars and speaking at these events on stage and / or supporting CEO in these events. - Networking at the events / conferences, making notes of all meetings and preparing follow up action notes and coordinating with CEO and professionals at office to carryout what is discussed and decided at the events and conferences - Preparing and presenting fortnightly business reports to the CEO, including budgets, actuals, variances, projects, pipeline, product development, product bugs, deployment status, analysis on basis of data from Google analytics, social media impact, HR issues, vendor issues, POs, invoicing, collections, etc. - Making monthly board of directors reports and after approval of CEO, presenting to all Directors and stake holders as per CEO directions - Preparing sales, pre-sales, marketing, product, business PPTs for different purposes - Corporate research for the CEO to develop strategies around marketing, pricing, customer support, R&D - Different research activities before any meeting for the CEO and providing necessary inputs to CEO in preparation for the meetings - Working with CEO, networking with key stakeholders of the partners and collaborators of the company and coordinating with them and creating sales opportunities through them and in consultation with CEO - Participating is sales meetings and supporting deal closures, price negotiations, signing agreements, getting Purchase Orders, etc 6 months on the job training will be provided. The selected candidate will get fixed monthly salary and annual fixed incentive and also annual variable incentive. There will be good increment on completion of every 12 months of service.
