So what role will I play at IDfy? Role - Specialist - Quality Assurance Qualification - HSc/Diploma or better Qualification. Experience - 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a BPO/KPO Job Description - - To manage Quality Profile for IDfy using Six-Sigma principles - To conduct audits as per defined guideline and sampling for transaction monitoring - To ensure 100% closure of feedbacks - To create and publish regular audit reports with stakeholders (daily, weekly, monthly) - To calculate agent wise Quality Scores - To identify gaps and conduct feedback and refresher sessions with agents to improve Quality - To conduct training for agents, whenever needed - To conduct quality induction for new batch of agents - To conduct RCA for any escalation coming in and ensure CAPA is in put place - To bring in Kaizen principles to improve CSAT &amp; NPS Technical Skills - - Should be well versed with MS Word &amp; MS Excel - Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) - Prefer six sigma knowledge and understanding of basic QA tools - Must have good analytical skills to conduct various analysis and RCA
