You will mentor and guide them and help them grow. You will also work closely with product and technology teams to help define product changes or customization that is needed. - You will set the strategy and target for your team. You will identify markets to expand to, and establish any partnerships crucial to success. You will decide the marketing strategy, manage the budget and tailor the product and pitch based on customer requirements. - You will add to thought leadership on tech-enabled fraud detection in Financial Services, helping product & technology teams with identifying opportunities for innovation and fleshing out new ideas. - You will be at the forefront leading the BFSI team through a period of hyper growth.
