Responsibilities and Duties: - Lead our blue collar onboarding business and transform the sector by introducing our technology - Look at problems from a fresh perspective and question assumptions - Own the revenues of the eCommerce and Blue Collar segment - Own the relationship with existing customers and grow our revenues with them - Have a strong network in the e-Commerce, Manpower Consulting Services industry - Have an in-depth understanding of the industry - Realise the importance of partnerships (technology as well as job marketplaces and staffing agencies) and know how to leverage them to expand the market - Leverage marketing and technical resources effectively - Mentor a high performing team and enable them to grow to become future leaders
