Job Description :

- Responsible for Setting up and Managing operations pertaining to Wealth Management and Third Party Products for Central Processing Unit (CPU).

- Shall be spearheading the design, implementation, and integration of processes for Wealth Management and TPP.

- Should demonstrate leadership skills and good communication skills since the person will have to consistently interact with various stakeholders within and outside the organization and at the same time demonstrate hands-on participation to help build incubations and proofs of concept (POCs) where necessary

- Put in processes and controls to validate from time to time proper documentation and evidence as per audit and regulatory requirement. Will be responsible to ensure satisfactory audit ratings both for internal, statutory and regulatory audits

- Engage with various stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements on the periodic and consistent basis.

- Analysis and Submission of MIS / Analytics / Dashboard for review with various stakeholders and senior Management across the various business segment.

- Demonstrate consistently unit setup capabilities, people management skills, eye for details to analyze data and good communication skills to communicate appropriately to stakeholders and senior management.

An Ideal Candidate should possess :

- In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines from RBI, AMFI, SEBI & IRDA.

- Should be well versed with the related processes for Investment Products, such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Gold Bonds, etc.

- Should have an understanding of various banking products. Should have exposure to relevant core banking/ wealth system and implementation skills

- Intense knowledge of Wealth Management and TPP ops ( Insurance, Mutual Fund, and Structured Products )

- In depth knowledge of various types of transactions, AUM reconciliations and brokerage calculations for Investment Products.
