PROFILE : 

Preferred Qualifications : CA / CS / LLB

Preferred Experience : 4 to 6 years

SKILLS : 

1. Well versed with SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations

2. Strong analytical skills

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Good Interpersonal skills

5. Demonstrated academic excellence

6. Experience of working asset management / private equity business

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : 

1. Preparation and periodic updation of Scheme Offer Documents

2. Working on various SEBI / AMFI / Board reports and statutory disclosures

3. Review of half yearly and annual scheme reports / portfolios

4. To carry out review of various operational process to ensure compliance with regulations

5. Review of compliance with IDFC AMC / Group Policies

6. On- going compliance activities pertaining to MF, PMS, AIF, VCF, Offshore funds

7. Assisting on review of legal agreements with various Distributors/Vendors.

8. Liasoning with internal auditors / statutory auditors for ongoing audits and related process

9. To support conducting internal committee meetings.
