REQUIRED SKILLS

- At least 14 to 20 years of experience in Testing and Project Delivery Management

- Expertise in Test plan, Defect management, Tool usage like Quality Center, Test governance

- Understand delivery management for the Project complete SDLC of the project

- Good Knowledge on execution process regression and performance testing

- Leadership qualities

- Defect management and tracking using tools such as Jira etc

Traceability management from requirements to end product

- Good communication and writing abilities

- Understands in tools such as HP Quality Center, QTP or any other product in this area

- Understands Device specific testing requirements and approach

- Understands Banking domain is not must have but good to have

- Should have managed 40+ resources

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, ability to negotiate, facilitation skills and technical writing abilities.

- Strong business conceptualization and planning experience

- Strong analytical and research skills

ROLE DESCRIPTION

- At least 14 to 20 years of experience in Testing and Project Delivery Management.

- Expertise in Test plan, Defect management, Tool usage like Quality Center, Test governance.

- Vendor management budgeting, planning and tracking.

- Help with finalizing BRDs and their sign offs, along with SI, across business units and operations in Corporate, Consumer, Bharat Banking, Risk, Finance, Compliance, etc., as per published project timelines Knowledge on execution process regression and performance testing.

- Leadership qualities

- Defect management and tracking using tools such as Jira etc.

- Expert in tools such as HP Quality Center, QTP and good know of Load Runner.

- Traceability management from requirements to end product.

- Good communication and writing abilities.

- Hands on experience in evaluating and implementing systems.

- Knowledge and Implementing Regulatory Guidelines

- Help with finalizing Functional Requirements / Specifications along with the chosen SI, as per published project timelines.

-Help do risk evaluations for all systems along with Technology and chosen SI.

- Track BRDs to developments and testing.

- Help in User testing (UAT) of all systems along with Customizations asked for - developed by Vendors as per published project timelines.

- UAT Sign off for movement to Production.

- Help with SIT of all systems along with Technology as per published project timelines.

- Tracking and Resolving the Bugs of the System.

- Sample testing in production environment post deployment to Production.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduation - B.E(Computer Science) from Premier Institute

- Post Graduation - M.B.A from Premier Institute
