Required Skills:

- The candidate should have handled central operations / governance role for 2-3 years.

- The person should have good understanding of KYC norms & document verification.

- Should be well versed with regulatory requirements.

Role Description:

- The candidate will be key from the operations perspective for monitoring and tracking the quality of branch & central operations.

The person will be responsible for:

- Managing the central file audit and providing a quality score to the branches.

- Tracking the EOD / SOD functions of the branches in terms of cash reporting and other parameters.

- Publishing various MISs as required for monitoring purposes.

- Contribute to the branch security and secured stationary related processes.

- Working with the branches to reduce the file errors and also suggest changes to the existing processes, if required.

Qualification: Post graduate
