Role Description :

- Complete responsibility to own overall business targets of Govt (Other than Central PSUs and Financial Institutions) including State Govt entities/LIC Div. offices/ Zonal Offices/Branches.

- To ensure complete scoping of market viz a viz competition from ICICI/HDFC/Axis/IndusInd and PSU Banks.

- Complete liaison with Centre Govts / State Govts/ Dist. / Blocks /Entire Supply Chain of Govt trail to last mile connectivity depending on Geographical base.

- Essentially ensure Govt. Client traction to beat Market completion basis IT Structuring/CMS tools.

- Ensure overall compliance to External/Internal regulatory issues.

- Team Hiring and ensuring retention basis career progression/Productivity.

- Ensure high visibility of Bank viz a viz competition.

- To closely supervise / Monitor & Control teams in the geography and ensure highest standards of ethics / discipline in working & morality.

- To essentially develop Govt Biz from Scratch to expeditiously making a sharp noteworthy impression in the market expeditiously.

- To be the best in class in the PVT SECTOR.

Required Skills :

- Location based traction/networking with bureaucrats/Govt. officers.

- Robust knowledge of transaction banking and IT structuring products for Govt. Clients.

- Strong communication Skills, Deal negotiator and Customer centric service skills

- Leadership qualities to Walk the Talk markets.

- Passion for interacting with Govt. Clients.

Qualification :

- MBA/CFA/Engineering/Post Grad/CAIIB and IT Savvy.
