Description:
Required Skills:
- Graduate with 8+ years of work experience/Post graduate with 4-6 years of work experience.
- The candidate should have handled central operations role for 3-4 years with atleast 2 years in agri operations.
- The person should have full understanding of rural / agri business including warehouse receipt funding, 2W, CV, tractor loans, KCC etc.
- Should have worked on process documentations at length.
- The person should be good at training the team on system usage as well as processe.
- The person should be proactive, team member and self-motivated requiring minimum supervision.
- Should be well versed with regulatory requirements.
- Person with certification in TQM/ Six Sigma / TQM, Kaizen with implementation will be preferred.
Role Description:
- The candidate will be key from the operations perspective for designing the processes related to rural business in the initial stages.
The person will be responsible for:
- Interacting with various stakeholders for finalization of processes including detailing the SOPs along with BCP / DR.
- Participate in the technology evaluation and testing for operations.
- Managing the training on the detailed processes and system to the operations team.
- Building in controls for operations related activities.
- Monitoring and tracking the operations activities like productivity, TAT etc.
- Managing the central processes related to PDC, ECS, safe keeping of files and reconciliations.
- Managing the vendors and planning the staffing for future volumes.
- Handling the customer and internal queries related to operations.
