Description:

Required Skills:

- Post graduate degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.

- The candidate should have handled central operations / compliance role for 4-6 years with atleast 2 years in compliance related activities.

- The person should have good understanding of ADF, AML, PSL norms.

- Should be well versed with regulatory requirements.

Role Description:

- The candidate will be key from the operations perspective for bringing in the regulatory perspective in the processes.

The person will be responsible for:

- Managing the audits for the unit

- Contribute to the ADF and related RBI reportings including PSL reportings.

- Review the processes and ensure that all the parameters required for reportings are getting captured in the system.

- Contribute to drafting policies for regular monitoring and reviewing existing systems and procedures.

- Designing internal controls for various processes including detailing the control check Points for Data, KYC and AML.

- Ensuring the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the regulatory guidelines.

- Representing the unit with the regulator and in the internal groups.

Qualification:

- Post Graduate degree.
