Required Skills:
- Post Graduate degree with relevant experience in operations role for 6-8 years with atleast 2 years in financial inclusion business preferably handling BC bank relationships & operations.
- The person should have full understanding of financial inclusion business including JLG & SHG.
- Should have worked on process documentations at length.
- The person should be good at training the team on system usage as well as processes.
- The person should be proactive, team member and self-motivated requiring minimum supervision.
- Should be well versed with regulatory requirements.
- Person with certification in TQM/ Six Sigma / TQM, Kaizen with implementation will be preferred.
Role Description:
- The candidate will be key from the operations perspective for designing the processes related to MF & BC operations.
The person will be responsible for:
- Interacting with various stakeholders including the BC partners for finalization of processes including detailing the SOPs along with BCP / DR
- Building internal controls for operations related activities.
- Monitoring and tracking the operations activities like productivity, TAT etc.
- Managing the central processes related to FT, BC recon, PDC, ECS, safe keeping of files and reconciliations.
- Handling the BC related processes centrally using a vendor team including underwriting.
- Managing the BC related payout calculations and processing the same.
- Managing the vendors and planning the staffing for future volumes.
- Handling the BC, customer and internal queries related to operations.
Qualification:
- Post Graduate degree.
- Person with certification in TQM/ Six Sigma / TQM, Kaizen with implementation will be preferred.
