Required Skills:

- Post Graduate degree with relevant experience in operations role for 6-9 years with atleast 3-5 years in liability operations.

- The person should have full understanding of liability business including.

- Should have worked on process documentations at length.

- The person should be good at training the team on system usage as well as processes.

- The person should be proactive, team member and self-motivated requiring minimum supervision.

- Should be well versed with regulatory requirements.

- Person with certification in TQM/ Six Sigma / TQM, Kaizen with implementation will be preferred.

Role Description:

- The candidate will be key from the operations perspective for designing the processes related to rural business in the initial stages.

The person will be responsible for:

- Interacting with various stakeholders for finalization of processes including detailing the SOPs along with BCP / DR for CASA operations, Term Deposit & other liability products.

- Participate in the technology evaluation and testing for operations.

- Managing the training on the detailed processes and system to the operations team.

- Contribute to drafting policies for regular monitoring and reviewing existing systems and procedures.

- Design internal controls /quality audit checks for various processes including detailing the control check Points for Data, KYC and AML.

- Ensuring the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the regulatory guidelines.

- Building in controls for operations related activities.

- Monitoring and tracking the operations activities like productivity, TAT etc.

- Managing the central processes related to FDR, storage etc.

- Managing the vendors and planning the staffing for future volumes.

- Handling the customer and internal queries related to operations.

Qualification:

- Post Graduate degree.

- Person with certification in TQM/ Six Sigma / TQM, Kaizen with implementation will be preferred.
