ROLE DESCRIPTION :

- Overall Book Growth - ANR growth on total CASA book/FDRs- (including NTBs as Bank would be new).

- Experience of handling of Govt. Relationships sourced (State Govt. dept. boards and cooperations /autonums bodies and Govt. Educational Institutions including SGL, Govt. sponsored Trust i.e. Non EPFO/ a/cs, LIC, cooperative banks, etc.) Large deals.

- Sales processes Adherence (including regular submission of trackers, reports-self team) & personal development.

- Ensuring putting up weekly call Reports to State/Regional Head.

- To closely supervise / Monitor & Control teams in the geography and ensure highest standards of ethics / discipline in working & morality.

- To essentially develop Govt Biz from Scratch to expeditiously making a sharp noteworthy impression in the market expeditiously.

- To be the best in class in the Pvt Sector.

Qualification :

- MBA/Post Grad and IT Savvy
