VP - Learning & Development (Retail Assets) Job Purpose: Grade - Vice President Reporting - Head Learning and Development - Become the Lead Learning Partner for business teams (Retail Assets) to conceptualize, understand , articulate, influence, design and deliver learning interventions specific to the business strategy and goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Key / Primary Responsibilities of the Role : - Ability to understand business priorities and create design and deliver L&D solutions arising from TNA exercises and business strategy - Influence and work with stakeholders to prioritize learning at the BU level - Ability to understand new trends in Learning and apply the same to Learning Outcomes - Create Frameworks and Designs and track ROI - Ability to design and develop and facilitate trainings - Ability to understand new technologies within the banking industry - Secondary Responsibilities - List the deliverables other than primary, but essential for the role - Ability to identify external training programs and conferences - Have understanding of Learning Systems and Application - Able look at data and create dashboards and MIS - Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities - (if applicable) - Work with stakeholders to influence and prioritize the learning culture, execute and derive maximum ROI for program
