Role: Project Manager
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will lead digital projects and initiatives to improve overall experience, increase revenue, and reduce costs Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify, prioritize, and define project requirements
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and take necessary actions to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and policies
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for digital projects and initiatives
Desired profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in project management with a focus on digital projects in toll and tag businesses or related digital payment industries
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends is a plus.
