Product Manager - Education Loan

- The role entails setting up the Education Loan ecosystem by implementing strategies to enhance the ecosystem application .

- Both mobile and web, tie up and onboarding of consultants, content development, delivering education related needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner.

- This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience in the education space.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Customer journey imagination & End to end digitization for higher education journey for customer in terms of providing modules on information, assistance & education finance

- Driving education ecosystem platform and related changes

- Driving tech innovation

- Coordination with marketing & website team, technology, vendor, finance, legal, compliance, aggregators, REACT, Mule, LAMS team

- UAT & live testing before deployment of any system integrations, services etc.

- System innovation to ease end to end journey

- Project management

- Content management

- Call center management

- Manpower management, Budgeting & P&L for ecosystem product.

- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area

- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service

- Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
