Job Description:

- Enhance existing Savings account offering by creating customized solution as per the customer requirements

- Competition benchmarking to identify gaps in our offering

- Being up to date on latest innovations in the Retail Liabilities space

- Ensuring the current offering is line with regulations

- Create digital journey for existing customer facing processes and enhance existing customer journeys to make it best in the industry

- This role apart from handling some of the new initiatives on Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit and Lockers, will also be working on the many customer experience initiatives and revamping the existing customer touch points for the Bank

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Product training and awareness

- Channel support and query resolution

- Customer communication

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder management to create solutions through collaborations

- Lead the team into delivering goals of the Bank
